How long does shipping take?
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Once dispatched, standard shipping to the USA takes an estimated 5-7 business days, while international shipping takes 7-10 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. All objects are dispatched directly from our International Lapidary Studio in Asia. International delivery typically takes 7-10 business days, depending on customs clearance.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Please note that the tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact our support team at support@ZensoObjects.com immediately with photographic evidence. We will assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement protocol.
Are there any shipping fees?
We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $200 USD. For orders under $200, a flat rate of $15 USD applies for standard international calibration & delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Please contact us at support@ZensoObjects.com to start a return. We will provide you with the address of a specific Regional Logistics Hub. Important: Do not send items back to the shipping origin address without contacting us first, as they will not be accepted.
Are there any fees for returning items?
Customers are responsible for any tariffs, taxes, or fees imposed during shipping or returning. Zenso Objects is not liable for customs and taxes applied to your order.
Can I return custom or made-to-order products?
No. We cannot accept returns on custom products (such as special orders, bespoke energy calibration, or personalized items), sale items, or gift cards.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
